The report was taken onsite at one of our data centre projects in London.

Maple are very proud to announce the results of our latest Considerate Constructors Scheme Report: 44/45!

It was our second report following our subscription to the scheme last year and demonstrates a clear improvement from our previous score of 39/45.

If you’re unfamiliar with the organisation, the CCS is a voluntary scheme designed to improve standards across the construction industry by encouraging best practices above standard regulatory requirements. The CCS report is split into three areas, in which construction sites, companies, and suppliers are monitored: Environment, Community, and Workforce. To learn more about each category, take a look at our previous CCS article: ‘Maple passes CCS Report with flying colours’.

Maple achieved an impressive ‘Excellent’ rating in all three categories with full marks in both Community and Environment. By participating in the CCS, we hoped to identify any areas for improvement within our processes and are therefore excited to see clear evidence of development.

A representative from the Considerate Constructors Scheme praised Maple, “It is clear that the company has embraced the recommendations from the scheme previously reported, and this is reflected in the high scores now awarded.”

Keep up the great work Maple Façades and let’s aim for an ‘Outstanding’ score!
