Maple have landed an important contract as part of the £160m regeneration of Luton Airport.
We’re working with the Buckingham Group Contracting Ltd on a façade system for a new 1,700-space multi-storey – the second car parks project with the contractor in recent months.
The project, which is due to start this month, involves the installation of more than 1,000 square metres of panels to four stair cores and an office area. We’re also installing a separate gutter system.
“Maple are delighted to be involved with such a important project,” said Managing Director Sean McGrath,” especially as it gives us a chance to build on a successful relationship with Buckingham.”
Most recently, Maple worked with Buckingham on a new multi-storey car park in Salt Lane, Coventry.
The transformation of Luton Airport will improve annual capacity from 12 million passengers to 18 million by 2020.
