Maple help designer outlet with £23m makeover
Maple are combining practicality and style at the Cheshire Oaks designer outlet.
The centre’s sixth expansion since 1995 will feature an additional 40,000 sq ft of retail space and 300 extra car park spaces.
But times have changed since the centre at Ellesmere Port first opened. Today, style is more important than ever at the UK’s largest designer outlet ― even on the car park.
As a result, Maple will be supplying and installing architectural façades that not only combine protection with better natural ventilation and daylight, but are also designed to make an impact.
The car park system will include perforated panels and expanded mesh panels ― as well as purely aesthetic vertical fins.
