Following the successful delivery of KAO KLON-02, Maple has since been appointed to support KAO KLON-03, continuing its involvement across KAO Data’s growing campus development.

The latest phase builds on the strong foundations established through the previous scheme, with shared project knowledge, established site understanding and proven delivery methods carried forward into the next stage.

For KAO KLON-02, Maple installed a colourful Vector® fin façade, creating a distinctive architectural finish while supporting the wider performance and design requirements of the data centre environment.

KAO KLON-03 demonstrates Maple’s ability to scale façade delivery across repeat, high-performance projects. With knowledge of the site, design intent and technical requirements already in place, the team is well positioned to support consistency, efficiency and confidence across the next phase of KAO Data’s continued growth.

It's different from a lot of data centres because it has a bit more of an architectural feel to it. We've introduced Maple's brise soleil for our external areas which makes it quite distinctive to other data centres.
