London Hayes Phase Three

London Hayes Data Centre Phase 3 marked the continuation of Maple’s involvement across the wider campus scheme, following the successful delivery of Phase 1 and Phase 2.

With project knowledge carried forward from the earlier phases, Maple was able to build on established learnings, streamline coordination and support a consistent façade approach across the development. This continuity helped create greater efficiency, confidence and alignment from one phase to the next.

The project is a strong example of the value of working with one trusted façade partner across a multi-phase data centre campus. By maintaining the same specialist team, the client benefited from proven installation methods, familiar interfaces and a joined-up approach to design and delivery.

Phase 3 demonstrates how repeatable façade solutions, shared project knowledge and long-term collaboration can support scalable, efficient campus delivery.
