London Hayes Phase Two

Following the successful delivery of Phase One at London Hayes Data Centre, Maple was pleased to return for Phase Two, continuing its involvement in this major data centre development near Heathrow.

Building on the project understanding and lessons learned from the previous phase, Maple delivered composite cladding and perforated panel systems for the building envelope. These façade products support both the performance requirements of the data centre and the modern architectural appearance of the scheme.

The composite cladding provides a durable, clean finish across the façade, while the perforated panels add visual detail and help support screening requirements.

Through close collaboration and shared project learnings, the team was able to take a more informed and efficient approach to delivery. This second phase further demonstrates Maple’s ability to support large-scale, phased data centre developments with coordinated façade solutions.
