Maple acquires majority shares of staircase specialists Alpine Group

Sean McGrath has been appointed CEO, marking a new era of growth, innovation and customer assurance for Alpine Group UK.

 
As Alpine celebrates its 50th anniversary (1974–2024), the company is beginning a new strategy to secure its position as a market leader in the bespoke staircase industry. In partnership with Maple Façades, led by Sean McGrath, Alpine is set to combine its expertise in staircase design with Maple’s robust financial backing and infrastructure. This collaboration marks a new chapter of innovation and expansion for both companies.

Sean McGrath, who has served as a non-executive director on Alpine’s board for several years, will now take on the role of CEO. His leadership, alongside Maple’s resources, will support Alpine in pursuing larger, more ambitious projects, helping them expand into new markets and deliver even greater value to clients.
