We're involved in an exciting project to transform Alderley Park in Cheshire

Developers PJ Livesey are creating new homes within the 400-acre listed estate, as well as regenerating the parkland and historic water garden.

When complete, the prestigious address on the edge of Alderley Edge will include cottages, mews houses, sports and leisure facilities, gastropub, hotel and farm shop. However, it is the modern 23-apartment block that will create the biggest impact.

Cantilevering over the serpentine lake and water garden, the statement apartments are required by planners to be architecturally significant... which is where Maple come in.

We're creating and installing a large veil façade to the front of the building - a picture frame design that will not only help the building blend into its surroundings but will also enhance the overall aesthetics of the building.

Peter Livesey, managing director at PJ Livesey, said "it will help the building blend into its surroundings and enhance the overall aesthetics."
