London Hayes Phase One

London Hayes Data Centre Phase One is the first stage of a major four-phase development near Heathrow, designed to support advanced data centres and associated infrastructure.

Maple delivered the full envelope façade systems for Phase One, including ventilation louvres, composite panels, brise soleil fins and perforated panels. These systems were designed to support the building’s performance requirements while contributing to a clean, modern architectural finish.

The louvres provide essential ventilation and screening, while the brise soleil fins help manage solar gain and enhance the visual rhythm of the façade. Composite and perforated panels complete the envelope, adding durability, texture and architectural detail.

This project highlights Maple’s ability to deliver coordinated façade solutions for high-performance data centre environments, combining functionality, efficiency and design across a large-scale development.
