The Brentford car park façade introduces a bold new presence to the Brentford skyline. Carmine, red, grey and brown perforated triangles wrap the north, east and south elevations, forming a striking three dimensional diamond effect.

Each panel is made up of eight powder coated triangles, initially part assembled offsite for safe handling. A revised onsite approach saw full panels assembled before installation, accelerating the programme and delivering completion a week ahead of schedule.

We came up with a panel identification system and a packing and transportation schedule that meant the panels arrived on site in the order they were to be fitted, which saved loads of time. This coupled with a good project Manager (Alex Cull) and dedicated fitters, meant that many potential problems on site were minimised.
