Maple delivered a distinctive twisted fin façade for the car park at Victoria Gate Shopping Centre in Leeds. Individually fabricated metal fins were precisely twisted and installed in sequence to create a striking diamond effect across the elevation, with extensive design research ensuring the optimum twist and structural rigidity.

Each fin was manufactured off site to exact specifications and installed with integrated springs to absorb building movement and prevent bending or damage. The result is a carefully engineered architectural feature that combines visual impact with long term durability.
