Maple delivered around 9,000 square metres of rainscreen façade across three student accommodation buildings, combining light and dark grey panels with smooth and textured finishes to create visual depth. Aluminium flashings were integrated to form a distinctive ‘picture frame’ effect across the elevations.

The façade incorporated a mix of aluminium and fibre cement cladding, all compliant with Building Safety Act 2022 requirements. Installation used Maple’s patented Eclips system, which integrates cutting edge insulation fix technology and reduced penetrations, enabling a precise and efficient installation despite the complex façade detailing.
