Gateshead Quays

Maple delivered a textured façade formed from solid and perforated triangular aluminium panels, arranged to create a distinctive diamond pattern across the building. The perforations were carefully engineered to maximise ventilation while maintaining structural strength and avoiding wind noise.

Panels were manufactured in varying shades of grey and installed using Maple’s Continuum façade system, providing a durable solution designed to withstand the demands of a multi storey car park while offering architectural flexibility.
