Around 200 linear metres of Contour® SL louvres were installed to screen rooftop plant equipment. In response to the coastal environment, the blades were anodised black to enhance durability against salt corrosion while maintaining a strong aesthetic.

Designed to achieve a BREEAM Excellent rating, the scheme reflects a clear commitment to sustainability. The project also marks a fourth collaboration with Muse and Maple’s largest louvre installation within the office and retail sector to date.
