Purpose
Fixes the mullion to the building structure.
Our bracket is fabricated from stainless steel, and is designed for strength integrity at up to 1,200mm centres - much wider than other systems. The specialist rainscreen bracket is Class-A1 fire-rated, load-tested to 12kN per m2, and has been designed to combine high performance with maximum flexibility. We can manufacture the bracket to the void depth required by the project, revising the gauge if necessary.
Technical gains
- Helping hand clip can be removed to ensure easy installation of the insulation, with no air pockets when being packed into position
- Can be reused or recycled
- Bracket designed with Finite Element Analysis for 1,200mm centres but can be customised for specific projects
- Third-party load-tested
- Fabricated in 304 grade stainless steel with smaller section footprint for reduced thermal transfer
- Brackets can be used as singles or doubles in one location to simplify installation
- Custom bracket options available for every project – reducing cost and minimising material wastage
SPECIFICATION & Options
- Vertical-fix and horizontal-fix with single and double profiles for higher spanning potential
