We have demonstrated the versatility of our solar shading solutions ― and the quality of our service ― at a huge logistics and distribution property in Northants.

Maple has supplied and installed brise soleil and climate façades at Prologis Park in Kettering, a 160,000 square feet distribution facility that’s due to open in September 2017.

Aluminium blades with an aerofoil profile have been set at a 62-degree angle to protect against direct sunlight, while a separate climate façade system incorporates multiple blades in lengths of between 4m and 6.4m.

Installation took just two weeks but the most significant outcome was the reinforcement of our industry-leading NPS scores.

NPS (or Net Promoter Score) is the measure the industry uses to rate how likely a customer is to recommend a company to someone else.

Maple scored ‘Good’ in all categories for the Prologis project ― from the helpfulness of our teams and the quality of our work, to the appearance of the completed work.

The results consolidated our NPS score at nearly 70% ― against an industry average of 20%.
