Maple have completed the supply and installation of a louvred plant screen at Scunthorpe General Hospital.

The rooftop screen is designed to protect machinery from the elements, while still allowing the passage of air.

The structure was created with 75mm aluminium louvres, and includes louvred double-doors for access.

The project – a typical example of Maple’s small works capability – is the latest for contractors Parkinson & Sons, who are working on the two-storey extension to the hospital’s CT unit for North Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Trust.
