Maple’s formula for success lies behind 24 critical stages and 5 key customer benefits.

Maple Façades operates as a process-driven business because we know that following a detailed methodology is one of the best ways to guarantee consistent quality and achieve compliance with regulations.

Our entire cradle-to-grave process is outlined by ‘The Maple Way’® which contains the hundreds of stages we follow for every project. From this methodology, we produced a simplified version called ‘Proven Process’ to share with our stakeholders how we achieve success every time.

‘24’ reflects the number of vital processes spanning the entire project timeline, beginning with researching new opportunities and concluding with the final project review. Within these 24 stages lie 5 compliance gateways that act as checkpoint assessments to ensure everything is on track and quality is controlled. The gateway milestones begin from the first point of contact and continue until the project is handed over at the final stage.

‘5’ represents the 5 main building blocks behind a top-quality project and the customer benefits that accompany them. The foundational block is ‘Early Collaboration’ which is our key method of ensuring that your design intent is protected from day 1. Once we understand your project, we move to our second block: ‘Pre-construction services and value engineering’. At this stage, our pre-construction experts begin to transform your design into a buildable reality through reviews, testing and FEA.

Within our third block, ‘Bid, Costings and Proposals’ we provide detailed information on costings, construction programmes and install methods as well as clarifying and resolving potential issues.

The final two blocks oversee the delivery of the project and the final handover.  In the ‘Project Delivery’ block, we prioritise that the project remains on track from the moment the design is approved to when the finished product is installed onsite. The final block, ‘Client Handover’ involves a detailed handover process to ensure that you are fully satisfied with the end result. Maple thrives on customer feedback as it gives us valuable insight into where we can improve as a business.

Finally, ‘Proven Process’ is a testament to the countless award-winning projects that we have delivered over the years. To see what our clients have said about our work, take a look at our ‘Case Studies’.
