Maple Façades are proud to announce that we have become NBS Chorus Specification Writing Partners.
 
The online platform facilitates consultation between manufacturers and architects early in the specification process. When producing a spec, NBS Chorus allows specifiers to invite manufacturers to write within their designated section.
 
NBS’s collaborative function provides a range of benefits for all parties. Firstly, it saves a lot of time and effort as specifiers no longer have to manually copy parts of product specifications into the main specification, which can become repetitive and laborious and also opens the scope for error.
 
Early collaboration also ensures that Maple’s products are being used to their full potential to bring visions to reality. As experts in our field, our input ultimately reduces the risk of incorrect information being shared or discontinued products/systems being specified.
 
The ‘cloud based’ system is easily accessible from anywhere as long as you have an internet connection. The convenience of the system has been revolutionary for specifiers, particularly as many specifications are completed online these days. NBS reports that the usage of NBS Chorus “went up by 635% in 2020 and saw an increase of 301% in terms of specifications written. The number of manufacturer products specified has also increased in line with this.”
