It’s cool working for Maple... especially when ice-cream is involved.

Maple Ice cream day 2019

After several months of raising money for good causes, we’re giving ourselves a pat on the back. That means ice cream for everyone on 8 August (there may even be some left over for visitors).

“Everyone at Maple loves ice cream, so it’s our way of saying thank-you for supporting all our fundraising events this year,” said Production Manager and charity coordinator Kelly Dunbar. “It’s also a chance to recognise all the effort people have put into Maple, and to enjoy some team-building with the help of our favourite flavours”.

So far this year we’ve worn red to support the British Heart Foundation, and held a bottle raffle with some amazing contributions from staff. In April, Maple bosses cooked breakfast for all staff and raised £335 in donations.

It’s all part of our Diamond Route Approach, which drives excellence within every part of Maple’s business. As well as providing exceptional service to our customers, we recognise we are nothing without our people.

So, we are committed to providing the right environment for colleagues to learn new skills, increase job satisfaction, get involved in all major decisions and, importantly, support the wider communities in which we work
