Maple have received impressive NPS scores for a new college project in Cornwall.

We installed climate façades to two buildings at Callywith College in Bodmin.

Four 400mm aerofoil blades were installed between vertical uprights at an angle of 62 degrees to protect second and third windows from direct sunlight.

When the work was completed, we asked IBI Architects and contractors AB Glass to rate our performance.

We scored ‘Good’ on the helpfulness of our estimating, sales, project management and design teams, and ‘Good’ on pre-delivery service and the appearance of the completed project.

NPS (or Net Promoter Score) is the measure the industry uses to rate how likely a customer is to recommend a company to someone else. Maple’s overall NPS score is 69% ― against an industry average of 20%.
