At Maple Façades, we pride ourselves on being a process-driven business because we know that following a detailed methodology is one of the best ways to guarantee consistent quality and compliance with regulations.

Our comprehensive cradle-to-grave approach, known as ‘The Maple Way’®, involves the hundreds of stages we meticulously follow for every project. From this methodology, we developed a simplified version called the Proven Process, which we use to demonstrate to stakeholders how we consistently achieve success.

24 Critical Stages

 

The Proven Process consists of ‘24’ processes that span the entire project timeline. The first 3 stages are about researching the right projects for Maple so we can be confident that our services can optimise value. Our pre-construction team plays an important role in these preliminary stages, as early collaboration with our experts helps us get under the skin of the project and protect the original design intent.

Once the specification is built and the façade design has been finalised with the client, we start bringing your vision to reality through detailed calculations and samples. We complete a thorough design checklist to confirm that your design is buildable before we proceed any further, in fact, every year we complete 15,000 design checklists.

Between the 24 stages lie 5 checkpoint assessments that help us ensure that the project is on track and quality is maintained. The compliance gateways begin from the first point of contact and continue until the project is handed over at the final stage.

5 Client Benefits

 

The Proven Process also involves the 5 building blocks that make a top-quality project and the customer benefits that accompany them. The first block offers ‘Early Collaboration’ which ensures that your design intent is protected early on through CPDs and façade reviews. The second building block offers ‘Pre-Construction Services and Value Engineering’, at this stage, our pre-construction experts begin to transform your design into a buildable reality using advanced testing and simulations.


Within our third block, ‘Bid, Costings and Proposals’, we provide detailed information on costings, programmes, install methods and even 3D modelling.


The ‘Project Delivery’ block prioritises the progress of the project through project execution plans and maintains consistently high standards by completing weekly site reports that evidence our adherence to health and safety protocols and building safety regulations.


Our final block, ‘Client Handover’, is designed to make sure the client is fully satisfied with their experience with Maple. Feedback is collected through surveys, case study interviews and handover meetings and provides us with valuable insight into how we can improve our services.
