Waters Corporation

OFFICE AND RETAIL | ARCHITECTURAL FAÇADES

Maple and Levolux systems combine to deliver visual impact and effective plant screening for Waters Corporation’s new precision engineering facility in Longbridge, delivered with Speller Metcalfe.

Architectural fins, perforated panels and solid aluminium elements shape the façade, while Levolux Ligniti louvres screen rooftop HVAC equipment. The gold powder coated perforated panels define the main entrance, complemented by 15 matching fins on the south west elevation, fixed using Triniti thermal and acoustic break brackets. Solid panels add contrast, completing a refined and high performing exterior.
