Horsham Fire Station, Harrow Road and Brighton 3Ts have all been nominated for Building Project of the Year over £20 million.

Three of Maple’s louvre projects have received recognition by the Constructing Excellence Awards.

Horsham Fire and Training Centre, Brighton 3Ts Hospital and 300 Harrow Road all feature Maple Façade’s louvre system and are up for the ‘Building Project of the Year over £20 million’ award.

Maple completed work on Horsham Fire and Training Centre last year, installing gold anodised screening louvres and a gold perforated façade. The combination of solid and perforated panels created a striking geometric aesthetic which complemented the futuristic amenities offered by the centre.

Our advanced screening system was also recently installed onto the new energy centre at Royal Sussex County Hospital in Brighton. The Levolux Ligniti Contour 50 system has been specially designed to protect plant and machinery against rain penetration and powder coated to guarantee longevity against corrosive salty air.

Maple’s third finalist is 300 Harrow Road, a mixed-use development in Westminster which provides community facilities and 112 affordable new homes for the London borough. Maple’s vertical louvres were installed onto the development to provide screening and protection for HVAC machinery.

The Constructing Excellence Awards will be held on the 27 June 2024 at the Royal Lancaster London. Good luck to all the nominees!
