Maple installed a perforated architectural façade for a multi-storey car park that forms part of ‘The Brentford Project’ redevelopment.

The Brentford Project’ is a residential project taking place in North London that aims to ‘reconnect the high street with the waterfront, creating a place to eat, drink, play, live and work.’  The scheme, led by Ballymore, will provide 876 new homes alongside a range of retail amenities such as independent stores and boutiques, waterside restaurants, bars and cafés.

A new multi-storey car park also forms part of the development, which Maple collaborated heavily on last year. The car park features a perforated panel façade that was designed, supplied and installed by Maple. The design was the brainchild of Alfred Hall Monaghan Morris and comprises an array of colourful perforated panels in carmine, red, grey and brown that form a series of diamonds to create the impression of a 3D façade.

The scheme was given the prestigious ‘Development of the Year’ accolade at the PROPS award ceremony on the 27th June as the judges recognised its bold approach to regeneration.

It’s an honour to see how our products positively impact the large-scale developments that are transforming our urban landscape. Congratulations to Ballymore and keep up the great work Maple!
