Specialist façade company Maple Sunscreening Ltd has acquired the intellectual property assets of solar shading specialists Levolux.
Maple will now enhance the Levolux brand and name within UK and US markets.
Maple Managing Director Sean McGrath said: “We feel that by bringing the Levolux brand under Maple ownership, we can enhance our offering within the construction industry.
“The acquisition will allow Maple to provide more products and services to existing and potential customers, and build on our continuing success.”
