MAPLE HAVE ANSWER FOR BT OFFICE PLANT SCREEN

Written by Jake Dunn | 07/09/22 15:10

Maple are strengthening our connection to the New Bailey development in Salford.

We’re installing our rooftop plant screen system to the Four New Bailey office block, which is set be home to BT’s regional hub. It’s our latest project within the £1bn Salford Central masterplan, having already delivered striking architectural façades for two multi-storey car parks in the area and a blinds package for the new HMRC building.

The plant screens will hide unsightly HVAC equipment from view, but not detract from the look of the 10-storey building, which features an exposed lattice frame. Two sections of 3.8m screens (42m and 38m long) will be made up of a lightweight support structure and 100mm powder-coated louvre blades.

Four New Bailey has been designed by renowned architect Make, and is being delivered by main contractor Bowmer and Kirkland.
