What is the Maple Specifiers' Portal?
The Maple Specifiers' Portal is a new feature that allows architects, contractors, and specifiers to access, download, and manage technical resources with ease.
It's a personal hub designed to streamline and simplify the specification process. By signing up for the Specifiers' Portal, you can download a range of technical assets, from datasheets and brochures to pre-construction support, CPDs and training resources.

How do I create an account for the portal?
Once you've added all the assets you need to your basket. you'll be prompted to either sign in or reate an account. To register, you'll need to input your email and create a password, after which you will receive a confirmation email.
I've forgotten my password, how can I reset it?
If you’ve forgotten your password, you can easily reset it by clicking the ‘Forgot your password?’ link underneath the portal login. The link will direct you to a page where you can enter your email and be sent a link to reset your password.
What types of technical assets are available?
All of Maple’s technical assets are available for download. This includes product guides, project showcases, case studies, datasheets, BIM Models and Vectary interactive models.
The Specifier's Portal also features a library of educational resources, including product training videos, CPDs, webinars, and over 150 Knowledge Centre articles.
How do I download files?
Click the download icon or the '+ ADD' on your chosen file and then access it in ‘Your Basket’ and press 'Download'. You will then find the files in your File Explorer.

How is my data stored?
We store your data for a maximum of a rolling 12-month period and will remove any data after this if there is no activity or legitimate interest for us to contact you. To learn more about our Data Privacy Policy, click here.
