How to ensure efficient delivery?
As with most stages in the design, manufacture and installation of architectural façades, delivery is best planned in collaboration with the project manager, site manager and the façade company’s production manager. Most importantly, it should be planned as early in the design process as possible – as soon as drawings are approved.
